Product Design
We provide an in-house CAD design service, which enables us to create custom-made products to suit your individual requirements.

Mould Manufacture
The manufacture of new and custom-made moulds is also controlled in-house, thus our customers can be assured of an efficient and flexible service controlled wholly by elastometall.

Metal Manufacture
elastometall offer a variety of different metal types which are designed and manufactured 'in-house'.

Rubber Compounding
Our computerised mixing equipment ensures batch to batch consistency. Whilst we have over 800 rubber formulations to suit most applications, we would be pleased to discuss individual customer requirements which are treated on a confidential basis.
